Botanicalartists.co.uk uses Royal Mail and international postal services to ship orders worldwide.
All United Kingdom orders are shipped using either Royal Mail first class, recorded or special delivery and are expected to be processed and delivered within 5 working days but please allow up to 28 days to take into account any unforeseen circumstances.
To provide a better level of service and to ensure your goods arrive safely we use signature on delivery postal services for Limited Edition prints.
If you have not received your goods within a week of receiving our email telling you your goods have been shipped you should telephone your local Royal mail delivery office to check if they are holding your goods for you. Please remember that we ship our posters and art prints in either in thick tubes or oversized flat packages which will not fit through a letterbox.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
We will continue to ship orders right through to December 23rd, but in order to avoid disappointment we urge customers to have orders placed as soon as possible. We guarantee delivery in time for Christmas on all UK based orders if they are placed with us online or via telephone 7 working days before Christmas. This is subject to payment clearance and stock availability, neither of which are guaranteed. These will be sent out via first class Royal Mail.
RETURNS POLICY
Under the Home Shopping : Distance Selling Regulations private purchasers have the right to cancel the order up to 7 days after receipt of items if the items have not been used. This does not apply to items made to a purchasers own specification eg: personalised cards.
Cancellation of orders must be made by letter, fax or email. A phone call cancellation is not enough. It is the customer’s duty to take full care of all items.
Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. Failure to return at the customers expense (except where the items are faulty or do not comply with the contract) Botanical Artists will recover the items and offset the amount against any refund due. If the items are faulty or do not comply with the contract Botanical Artists will be liable for return charges.
Refunds for returned and cancelled orders will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days of return.
The Home Shopping : Distance Selling Regulations does not apply to Business purchases.
In short: If you are not happy: Send it back. Full refund. No problem.
